The value for money at Great Western was excellent - the room was spacious, well-decorated, and had good facilities. The hotel's location in the heart of Park Street was fantastic, with everything within a short walk. The staff were amazing, always eager to please and attending to all my requirements.

The beds were comfortable and the staff at reception and housekeeping were always helpful. The hotel is new, so the fittings and amenities were clean and modern. The location on Park Street was great, just minutes from the metro station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable with a good wifi signal. Bottled water was provided for every day of my stay.

The hotel had a great location, close to key attractions and amenities. The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful and attentive to our needs.

The room we stayed in was noisy, with poor insulation from the kitchen and echoing corridors. The room lacked proper ventilation, leading to a damp environment.

I got to experience the "best" of Kolkata, thanks to the interesting accommodations. The concierge service was quite an adventure, and the free WiFi.what a treat!
